Why us
KNSA Hospitality is a lease company with a well established lifestyle hotels portfolio, working in close collaboration with the hospitality joint venture between Ennismore and Accor.
KNSA Hospitality currently operates, through lease agreements, 25 properties in Europe (Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy & Denmark) under 25hours, Mama Shelter, Jo&Joe, Hoxton & Tribe brands. With new properties in the pipeline due to open in Zurich (Mama Shelter), Trieste (25hours) & Budapest (Mama Shelter) over the next 3 years, this new entity is already aiming to expand its wings all over Europe and always on the look for new projects.

Our team
The KNSA Hospitality management team is comprised of former 25hours Hotels and Mama Shelter hospitality experts.
Steffen Fox
CEO
Steffen joined 25hours Hotels in 2012 as Managing Director and has been instrumental in the brand's expansion.
As CEO of KNSA, he keeps everything together.
NICOLAS BILLAUD
Deputy CEO
Nicolas has worked in the hospitality industry for 25 years. First at Accor in finance positions and then at Mama Shelter, which he joined in 2013 as CFO and the VP Development & Legal Affairs.
Together with Steffen, he's running the show.
Clara Poulhazan
Head of Human Ressources
As a true HR expert, Clara joined Mama Shelter in 2018 as Deputy HR Director.
With KNSA being employer for more than 1000 employees, Clara makes sure that HR is always a top priority at KNSA.
Anita Vogler
Head of Asset & Project Management
Anita joined 25hours Hotels in 2012 as General Manager of 25hours Zurich West and later became the projects mastermind behind the openings of Zurich Langstrasse, Florence & Dubai.
And she will help the existing properties to stay in shape.
Sascha Ziegler
Director of Finance
Sascha has over 20 years of experience in Finance and Hospitality. He joined the 25hours Hotels in 2018 as Head of Finance.
At KNSA, as Director of Finance, he makes sure the numbers are right.
Christian Karaoglanian
Development Advisor
Christian is former Chief Development Officer of Accor Group. He has a life-long career in development with Accor.
There is no project at KNSA without his "thumbs up".
